This dark brown leather adjustable bracelet has an antiqued colored brass St. Benedict medal as its centerpiece. The bracelet is popular with both men and women. Because it is adjustable, it will fit a preteen or an adult. The St. Benedict medal is 1" in diameter and made from base metal. 

Who was St. Benedict?

St. Benedict of Nursia is a Christian saint that is honored by the Catholic Church and the Anglican Church.  He lived in Italy during the 6th century.

What do the letters on the medal mean?
